Meet The Team

I’m the Co-Founder & Partner of Kaizen Recruitment, specialising in the sourcing and placement of doctors for NHS positions. I am a dedicated, hard-working individual who is passionate about what I do. I enjoy playing football and attempting to play music. I feel like I am a conscientious person who wants to make a difference, not only in my own life, but try and have a positive impact on other people’s lives too.

I’m the Co-Founder and Partner of Kaizen.

I cant sit still for too long as I get bored and fidgety so I try to keep the workplace fun, positive and energetic.

I am extremely competitive in everything I do. I’m a sore loser. I enjoy playing most sports (badly), I love football and Arsenal, I still play and am captain for a local football team. I was an avid gym goer but since becoming a dad its not as frequent as I would like and I am fully embracing the dad bod!

Pet hates: time wasters (just be honest, even if the truth may seem hard to take) and rude people as it costs nothing to be polite.

At Kaizen my role will be to focus on candidate attraction and to support the team with compliance of candidates to ensure everyone is good to go. I have over 6 years’ experience in medical recruitment, 3 in the locum market and the past 3 years mainly focusing on the permanent/international market.

I am looking forward to joining Kaizen Medical’s team of experienced perm recruiters and to help grow the business to become a major player in the permanent sector.

I am a big sports fan, so in my spare time I watch most sports on TV and play football quite regularly, and have started to get into golf now to give myself a head start when I can’t hack 90 minutes on the football pitch.

I like sports, food and holidays, but can’t stand bad manners or rude people!

I am joining Kaizen as a Recruitment Consultant.

Previous to this, I worked at two other medical recruitment agencies for the last 3+ years, working my way up to a Recruitment Consultant within a year in my first recruitment role.

The thing I’m looking forward to the most is getting my head down and billing!

In my spare time I enjoy football, the pub, chilling with my Mrs and going on holiday.

At kaizen recruitment my role consists of sourcing candidates for fixed term and permanent positions, I ensure that the Doctors I work with goals and requirements are met from start to finish.

I take great pride in supporting the future careers of Doctors in the NHS or Doctors looking to continue there NHS journey. My specialist areas are Radiology, Pathology and oncology.

In my spare time I like shopping, going out with my friends, traveling and of course listening to music. I’m very creative and don’t take myself to seriously but I’m very dedicated to my career and I love to hit my targets and goals.

I have joined Kaizen as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Emergency Medicine.

I have previously worked with both Stuart and Dane in the past so I know they have a lot of experience and can provide the right support for me to get to the next stage in my career.

In my spare time, I will be in the gym, watching arsenal, playing poker, or socialising with friends.

I have joined Kaizen Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Psychiatry.

With 3 years medical recruitment experience & 2.5 years of this focusing on Psychiatry – I am pleased to be back in my specialist area.

I would describe myself as passionate, dedicated & supportive, which is what I think makes me good at this role. I enjoy getting to know my candidates, their family situations & ensuring they have a role which is perfect for them both personally & professionally.

I am excited to be part of Kaizen’s growth & be part of an agency that is solely focussed on permanent and fixed-term recruitment.

In my spare time, you will find me in the gym, in fitness classes or spending time with my friends & family.

I have joined Kaizen as a recruitment resourcer specialising in Medicine.

My recruitment background is within Social care working with social workers secure their temp posts.

After my Interview with Kaizen I had a really good feeling about joining the company, I was shown the career plan clearly which is what I was looking for.

I’m looking forward to climbing up the career ladder and being successful, but also working with everyone in the office as a team.

In my spare time I love going out with friends and family and going on Holidays and shopping. An interesting fact about me is that I used to play the Saxaphone.
