Kaizen reflects on 2020
It’s the time of year when we sit back, reflect and think about how we perhaps could have done things differently, or in a positive light looking at the things we are proud of, especially after coping with such an odd and whirlwind of a year. We asked our Co-Founder’s at Kaizen Recruitment to tell us the three main things that they are proud of achieving as a business in 2020.
Dane Willis
- Being able to hire two new starters during a pandemic that will help grow the brand
- Being able to adapt to the pandemic and not let our standards slip
- Against all odds we have grown on last year
Stuart Vaughan
- Developing great relationships with our current clients
- Having a truly positive impact on our Doctor’s careers and helping the in their new journeys
- Being able to add great staff to our existing team who share our dream of becoming a leading recruitment partner in the industry
Josh Stannard
- We placed candidates in 5 different countries and developed some excellent relationships with clients which I expect will manifest into longer term ones.
- We bought on a fantastic Marketing Manager (Rachel) and an super-experienced Lead Consultant (Dan).
- We didn’t just manage to survive the pandemic, but were able to thrive!
Wesley Cann
- In 2020 we managed to ride out Covid and grow through it
- We signed many new clients
- We have really put in the foundations of a business that is ready to grow in 2021
